2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries and regions:

- New Zealand
- United States
- Canada
- Japan
- Singapore
- Indonesia
- Brazil
- Cook Islands
- Samoa
If your country is not listed above, please email us to make a custom order to your location. This list may be updated from time to time.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.
4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Orders are shipped using Australia Post from Perth, Western Australia. All orders within Australia are shipped by Express. International orders have the options of Regular or Express International shipping.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Australia
Express shipping: approximately 2–7 business days in Western Australia, 5-9 days to other states
International Shipping

Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, carrier delays, weather events, and peak periods.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on:
- Destination country
- Shipping method selected (if international)
- Order size and weight
- Orders of over AUD150 to Australian and New Zealand locations qualify for free express shipping.
All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be charged by the destination country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost, with the exception of a 10% tariff applied to United States orders.
- Delivery may be delayed while customs clearance is completed.
7. Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be provided via email by Australia Post once your order has been dispatched.
- You may request your tracking details via email if you do not receive notifications from Australia Post.
8. Delays, Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Delays caused by carriers, customs, or factors outside our control do not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping costs.
- If your parcel appears lost or has not updated for 2 weeks, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier and replace any orders lost in transit.
PEDTest Australia is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
- Parcels lost or delayed due to customs clearance issues
- Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received at the delivery address
9. Incorrect Address or Returned Parcels
- Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect may incur a reshipping fee.
- If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or discuss available options.
